How to arrive
From Tuxtla Gutiérrez go westwards, to Ocozocoautla de Espinosa, and from there, take the road to Ocuilapa de Juárez; before you reach Ocuilapa, there is a junction that takes you to the town of Piedra Parada; at this junction, take the dirt road until The Parrots Chasm, 18 kilometers from there. There are signs along the highway that gives you directions.
